Free players get one puzzle a day, plus one more for each rewarded ad watched, up to three a day. If an ad fails to load, the puzzle is unlocked anyway — you are never blocked by an advertising problem. Pro subscribers generate without the daily limit and see no ads.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you are signed in with the same one used at purchase. If it still does not restore, email us with your purchase date.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Clinicross → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge. We cannot cancel or refund on your behalf — refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your puzzles, progress and statistics are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded and they do not sync between devices, so deleting the app deletes them. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Please tell us — this is the most useful message you can send. Include the topic, the answer word and what is wrong with it.
Puzzles come from two places. Sets in the reviewed library have been read by a registered nurse before approval. Any topic not yet in the library is written by AI at the moment you request it and has not been reviewed by anyone — treat it accordingly, and please report anything that looks wrong so it can be corrected before it is approved.
No. Clinicross is a study and vocabulary game, not a clinical reference and not medical advice. Always verify against your course materials, institutional protocols and trusted clinical sources.
Because everything is stored on your device, deleting the app removes it. Clinicross does not require an account and does not hold a profile for you.
