Puzzles are built from two sources, and the difference matters. Content in the reviewed library has been read by a registered nurse before being approved. Anything else — any topic that is not in the library yet — is written by AI at the moment you request it, and nobody has checked it. It can contain errors, including drugs or practices that are out of date.
